Website Hosting – starting from £35/month
We provide reliable website hosting via our UK-based data centre, starting at just £35 per month.

Compulsory: WordPress Security & Updates – £135/month
This essential service ensures the technical backbone of your site is secure and up-to-date:
- Regular updates for WordPress core, themes, and plugins
- Full security maintenance
- Automated backups for peace of mind
Please note: This service is mandatory for all websites we build and host. It covers backend maintenance only and excludes frontend design or development work.
Support Packages
All our support plans include the Compulsory: WordPress Security & Updates service and priority response based on the selected package. Any additional work beyond the included hours will be billed at the specified hourly rate.
1. Basic Support – starting from £495/month
- Response time: Within 24 hours (Monday–Thursday)
- Included hours: 4 hours/month for development & support
- Requests prioritised over clients without a support contract
- Additional work billed at £90/hour
- Larger updates quoted upfront
2. Standard Support – starting from £855/month
- Response time: Same day
- Included hours: 8 hours/month for development & support
- Requests prioritised over Basic Support clients
- Additional work billed at £90/hour
- Larger updates quoted upfront
3. Rapid Support – starting from £1485/month
- Response time: Same day, with a service level agreement (SLA) for faster response
- Included hours: 15 hours/month for development & support
- Requests prioritised over Standard and Basic Support clients
- Discounted additional work rate: £81/hour (10% reduction)
4. Priority Support – starting from £1,935/month
- Response time: Same day, highest priority with SLA
- Included hours: 20 hours/month for development & support
- Requests prioritised over all other contract levels—ideal for mission-critical sites
- Discounted additional work rate: £76.50/hour (15% reduction)
Additional Information
- Support is available without the Compulsory: WordPress Security & Updates service, but this requires a review of your website. If development work is necessary to bring the site to modern security standards, we’ll provide a quote before proceeding.
- Clients without a support contract will be quoted at our standard hourly rate of £90/hour, with work scheduled based on studio availability.
- All support packages require a minimum commitment of 3 months.
- Prices exclude VAT.
